As a seasoned HR professional, Carmen has 30 years of Human Resources experience at executive level in global companies such as Google, Intel, Novartis, Exxon Chemical, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Jardines. She was a Co-Chair of the Taiwan American Chamber of Commerce Human Resources Committee, and currently is also a non-Executive Director of the Chinese Human Resources Management Association.
